On Monday 8-13-18 I sent an email requesting info on batteries for my 36V Ezgo.
In less than an hour I received a phone call from "Scott" who was extremely knowledgeable and gave me great answers to my questions. He instilled so much confidence in me that I abandoned my plan to call and get quotes from three places. Yours was the first business I called. He arranged for an install today 8-15-18 between 1:00 and 2:00. Much to my delight your crew arrived a bit early and within about 20 minutes or so the new batteries were installed the cart was test driven and the work was complete. I didn't get the name of the two gentlemen who did the work but I can assure you they are great ambasssdors for your company. They were friendly, jovial and professional. They made sure I knew I could call anytime I had a question or a problem.
In today's world customer service seems to be lacking at almost every level. Your company had earned a customer for life because of three of your employees and I will share the name "Battery Power" at every opportunity.
